Forest Floor Herbals is a one-person operation based in Santa Barbara, CA. I take great care in packing your herbal goodies with care and accuracy, so please allow 3-5 business days after date of purchase for processing. Pre-orders may take up to 6-8 weeks to ship, depending on the time it takes for herbal extractions to "cook." Delivering you quality herbals is my number one goal, and sometimes that takes a little extra time. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding. Exceptions may apply during holidays or in special circumstances.

All items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note, all items are handmade and may have small imperfections. I believe this adds to their overall charm, and I hope you do, too. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us and we would be happy to work something out.
